"And I dove headfirst into understanding my cycle. It wasn't until a couple of years after that I realized that it was something that I could and should apply to how I run my business."
Takeaway:"There was a time in my business where I used to force myself into very rigid marketing schedules. Like posting on Instagram daily or showing up even when I had nothing to say, or launching timelines that really didn't honor my energy."
Takeaway:"And when my energy is lower, this is when I'm leaning into connection. I'm leaning into depth, focusing on like email storytelling or conversations that I can have and repurposing content, right? Giving myself a permission slip to repurpose the stuff that already worked really well."
Takeaway:"I've always been a firm believer that if we show up in a way that's authentic and true to us, then we're exuding the energy that attracts the right kind of people in, right? We've all been there where we're doing stuff or we're showing up, and it feels very forced."
Takeaway:"So now I use my cycle as a guide. And this is especially helpful as a nomadic homeschooling, world schooling mom of three, right? Because my energy is more important than ever before. I definitely don't feel like I can show up during times when my hormones are playing a role in my exhaustion."
